Teens & Screens 2019: Taking Charge of Mental Health

This event is open to the community and will focus on educating teens, parents, professionals and others who work with youth about the relationship between technology use and mental well-being. Topics of discussion will include tech addiction (including gaming), cyberbullying and how to keep your teen mentally healthy when transitioning from High School to College. Panel speakers will discuss their recovery journey from self-harm, eating disorders and addiction.

*Teens are encouraged to attend.
