Join Marymar Rodriquez-Jaimes, a bilingual exercise specialist for Parkview Health and Fitness, as she teaches you ways to use your body as a tool to create a work out that is best for you. Start at basic level and advance at your own pace and style. Program is for all fitness levels and ages.
