Moms on the Move
These classes are designed for prenatal and postnatal moms and their babies. We have moved these classes to a virtual platform temporarily. Plan to join our Oh Baby certified personal trainers/instructors for these Moms on the Move classes which are designed to help strengthen you for birth and also help in regaining strength postpartum. Join Katye on Tuesdays via Zoom for a cardio class. The Zoom link will be available on the Kosciusko Community YMCA Facebook page 15 minutes prior to the class’s start time. On Fridays, plan to join Faith for strength and resistance training which can be found on the Kosciusko Community YMCA Facebook page or on their YouTube account as well.
