Erica Downing, MSW, LBSW, will lead the monthly discussions, covering the following topics:
- Personal healthcare values and goals
- Healthcare choices that may need to be made in the future
- How to talk about these choices with your doctor and those who matter most
- Making a written plan that includes advance directives
