Medicine in the Garden: Collards

Join Ali Thomas, RDN, LD, community outreach dietitian and Cole Banter, Greenhouse Technician for a monthly series that focuses on produce that’s in season and grown in the Parkview Greenhouse. This month, we’ll discuss collards from their growth to harvest, nutritional value, and ways to add them to dishes.
