The Her Heart Support Network is facilitated by trained heart health experts. Our group offers peer support and education to women of all ages who have survived a heart-related event or been diagnosed with heart disease. Learn from one another, build lasting friendships and gain resources from trained heart health advocates.
The group is here to:
- Encourage you.
- Help you discover new strengths.
- Connect you with other women who understand your experiences.
- Share health information.
- Connect you with community resources.
The Her Heart Support Network meets on the second Thursday of each month, 6–7:30 p.m. at the Parkview Heart Institute, 5th floor, conference room 3.
