Cooking healthy doesn’t have to be expensive. Ali Thomas, RDN, LD, community outreach dietitian, will share easy, budget friendly summer meals using seasonal produce, beans, and grains. Learn simple plant-based recipes, smart shopping tips, and ways to make meals go further while supporting overall health.

Breastfeeding is a journey that is different for everyone. Whether you're a first-time mom or a mom to five, sometimes the journey can be overwhelming. Parkview's lactation consultants help pumping or breastfeeding mothers reach their breastfeeding goals with free support. This group allows for a drop-in style of scheduling – no need to make an appointment, just come during our available times. Stay for a short assessment or the whole hour and make some friends; the choice is yours!

Meet with a grief counselor and others who have recently experienced a loss at a support group meeting. Meetings occur every second and fourth Wednesday of the month from 5:30 – 7 p.m. in the PACH Conference Room at Parkview Randallia Hospital, 2200 Randallia Drive, Fort Wayne. Participants should use ground floor entrance 2 to access the PACH room.
