Cathy Wolfe

Welcome to Parkview Wabash Hospital!

It is with great pleasure to serve as the Vice President of Patient Care Services and Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) at Parkview Wabash Hospital. Parkview Wabash’s nurses continue to serve the patients of Wabash County and its neighboring rural counties with the highest level of care.

When I accepted my position in November 2013, our facility was known as Wabash County Hospital. Within two years, we affiliated with Parkview Health and became Parkview Wabash Hospital. With that affiliation, we were able to build a new facility and add two new services: labor and delivery and full-time orthopedics. A high standard was set with the achievement of these lofty goals.

We moved into our new facility in June 2018. The building offered more modern technology, cutting-edge equipment and a new medical documentation system. Growth and change are in our DNA and enable us to be a shining star in our community.

Parkview Wabash nurses provide outstanding, personal care in many practice environments, which include medical surgical, family birthing, surgery, emergency and outpatient services. Care delivery is developed by quality nursing experts, educators, and dedicated nurses striving to excel in all aspects of patient care. They are compassionate, empathetic, and considerate as they provide excellent services both in the hospital and the community in which they live and work. Our excellence is documented in our outcomes for quality, patient experience and nurse satisfaction and is recognized by the many awards we have won.

As the VP/CNO at Parkview Wabash, I am honored and humbled by the hard-working and diligent efforts of the Parkview Wabash nurses to exceed the expectations of our patients and families.

Respectfully,

Cathy Wolfe, MBA, BSN, RN, CENP
Vice President of Patient Care Services
