Sherry Miller, CMA, AAMA, medical assistant, PPG Electric Works, has been with Parkview for two years.
She shared that, at a very young age, she knew she wanted to help people. “As a single mom to ten kids, my mom made it very important to focus on our education and to put the needs of others first,” she said. “So, I went to school and got a degree.”
Following the COVID pandemic, Sherry moved to Fort Wayne and took a position with Parkview. “Being able to work with an amazing group of providers and care for the underserved community is a great opportunity,” Sherry said.

For Sherry, the concept of Bleed Green, “means being able to show compassion and kindness and empathy to patients every day. We have the rare opportunity to serve people at their highest of highs and lowest of lows.” And that’s a responsibility Sherry doesn’t take lightly.
While she admits every day isn’t easy, she takes pride in the truth that her work is always worth it. “If you’re wanting to join Parkview, take that leap of faith,” she said.
