Healthy Mind

Laura Murphy, director of clinical services, Parkview Behavioral Health Institute, talks about the annual observance that seeks to raise awareness around mental healthcare.

May is Mental Health Awareness Month, a time to recognize the strength, resilience and courage it takes to care for our minds and our hearts. At the Parkview Behavioral Health Institute, we are proud of our incredible team of dedicated professionals who bring compassion, expertise and hope to every person.

The true heart of Parkview is our patients, the brave individuals who show daily persistence, facing challenges and taking steps towards healing and growth. Every story here is a story of courage. Every breakthrough, no matter how small, is a victory. And together, our staff and clients make our community stronger, kinder and more hopeful.

May is Mental Health Awareness Month, and during this time, we want to celebrate our clients and honor our staff. We stand together, reminding everyone that recovery is possible and you are never alone.
