Family Medicine

This time of year, lights are aglow—on our streets, in our homes and in the moments we share. At Parkview, we believe your healthcare journey should feel just as clear. That’s why Parkview MyChart continues to add new tools that help light your way and make your care easier to understand.

This month, MyChart includes recent updates designed to help you understand your care, see what’s ahead and follow your progress. Whether you’re checking a treatment plan, finding a pharmacy, learning about research studies or keeping an eye on your health goals, MyChart offers even more ways to guide you. We’re excited to share what’s new—because your care should feel easy to navigate, every step of the way.

See your Care Journey Roadmap

It can be hard to keep track of every appointment, test and treatment. With the new Care Journey Roadmap, you can now view your treatment plan in order for procedures like surgeries, pregnancy and now oncology, from start to finish. This simple timeline shows what you’ve already completed and what’s coming next, so you always know where you are in your care.

Oncology Care Journey now available

For patients receiving cancer care, the new Oncology Care Journey brings upcoming treatments, diagnoses and your oncology team into one easy view. It helps you stay organized and involved in your care, without needing to make extra calls.

Clearer view of insurance coverage

Insurance can be confusing, so MyChart now offers a simplified insurance view. You can quickly see your coverage, and if you have more than one insurance plan, you’ll also be able to check how your secondary insurance may help with remaining costs.

Find research studies that interest you

Curious about research studies happening at Parkview? You can now browse open studies right in MyChart using Study Finder. Search by topic and read details about the studies that interest you.

Better tools for finding pharmacies

Choosing the right pharmacy is now easier than ever. New pharmacy filters let you search by ZIP code, your current location, delivery options, hours and distance. This helps you find the pharmacy that best fits your schedule and needs.

Track your provider-set health goals

If your provider has set health goals for you, the new Goal Trends feature in Track My Health helps you see your progress over time. Whether you’re working on blood pressure, weight, steps or other goals, you can quickly check how you’re doing and stay motivated.

Register as an organ donor through MyChart

You can now sign up with the national organ donor registry directly in MyChart. From your Health Summary quick links or the Explore More section of your health feed, choose Organ Donor Registration. With a few clicks, you can make a life-saving difference.

A smoother Virtual Walk-In Clinic experience

On-demand video visits are available using Parkview MyChart’s Virtual Walk-In Clinic, 24/7 from wherever you are in the US. And now, with simpler steps and a new scheduling page, you can more quickly decide if a video visit is the best option for your care.

Just like the lights around us this season, Parkview MyChart is here to help light your care journey with clear, helpful tools you can trust. It’s one more way Parkview cares for you—every step, every visit, every day.
