A night to remember our little angels

Last Modified: December 10, 2020

Women & Children, Community

Last week, families and volunteers gathered to find connection and support for the holiday season. For the past five years, the Healing Hearts Support Group for infant loss has held a similar event between Thanksgiving and Christmas. The message for the gathering is simple but profound: Your baby mattered and is a part of your family. It’s a beautiful thing to take time to honor the angels looking down upon us. Kristen Riecke, coordinator and volunteer, Healing Hearts Support Group, Mindy Leatherman, RN, Family Birthing Center, Parkview Hospital Randallia, and Cori McKenzie, coordinator and volunteer, Healing Hearts Support Group, share more about this special celebration.
