Important information for patients with Anthem health insurance

Parkview is negotiating with Anthem for a new agreement to continue providing you and your loved ones with the high-quality care you deserve. These negotiations impact patients covered by all Anthem commercial (ACA Marketplace and employer-sponsored), Medicare Advantage, and Medicaid health plans in Indiana.

Our current agreement with Anthem expires on July 31, 2025. For now, nothing changes. You should continue to visit Parkview hospitals, facilities, and physicians as usual.

We are working diligently to reach a fair agreement that keeps healthcare affordable and ensures your continued access to care.

About the negotiation

In a spirit of good faith and as part of our ongoing commitment to reduce healthcare costs, Parkview has proposed a path forward with Anthem that supports financial sustainability while ensuring care remains affordable for our patients. Under our proposal, care at our hospitals would cost less in 2028 than it did in 2020—a rare outcome in today’s economy.

We remain committed to reaching a fair and timely agreement with Anthem that protects your access to care, and we will continue to keep you informed as our discussions progress.
