Primary medical care services include: preventative health, chronic disease management, sick care, well-child care, well-woman exams, pregnancy diagnosis, immunizations (for all ages), geriatric care, physicals, health education, laboratory testing (including blood draws on-site) and coordinated referrals for specialty care.
