Behavioral health services include assessment and consultation with a psychiatric nurse practitioner to determine appropriateness for medication and/or with a licensed clinical social worker for therapy or counseling services. Initial appointments include gathering information about your symptoms, history, and lifestyle as well as setting goals for treatment.
Providers can see individuals 6 and older. Minors must have parent or legal guardian present unless otherwise stated. For desired services not available at our location, referrals may be available. You can self-refer for behavioral health services, some insurances require a provider referral for therapy.
