Chief Executive Officer, Parkview Health
Rick Henvey joined Parkview Health in 2006 and became CEO in January 2023. Henvey oversees the not-for-profit healthcare system that employs more than 15,000 co-workers and serves as the largest employer in northeast Indiana.
Henvey is heavily engaged in the community and serves on several boards of directors throughout the region, including Trine University and the Northeast Indiana Boys and Girls Club. He also serves on the boards of the Indiana Chamber and the Central Indiana Corporate Partnership.
Henvey has a bachelor's degree in business administration and a master's degree in management from Southern Nazarene University in Bethany, Okla.
