President, Physician and Clinical Enterprise, Parkview Health
Ray Dusman, MD, joined Parkview Health in 2010 as a member of Fort Wayne Cardiology, where he served as a cardiologist. He became chief physician executive in 2013 and was instrumental in helping to build Parkview Physicians Group, substantially growing its staff of physicians and advanced practice providers.
In his current role, he provides executive oversight for all clinical care delivery. This includes physician leadership within hospitals, service lines, and institutes, as well as safety and quality, physician enterprise, and Graduate Medical Education.
Dr. Dusman currently serves as vice chairman of the Parkview Health Board of Directors and previously served on the boards of Erin’s House for Grieving Children, the Fort Wayne Philharmonic, the YMCA of Greater Fort Wayne, and the University of Saint Francis.
Dr. Dusman has a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Notre Dame. He earned a medical degree at Rutgers New Jersey Medical School, and is board certified in internal medicine and cardiology.
