Dena Jacquay

Since joining Parkview Health in 2000, Dena Jacquay has served in several leadership roles, supporting administrative services and driving the health system’s culture, both within Parkview and in the communities Parkview serves.

As chief administrative officer, Jacquay is responsible for key strategies that support the success of Parkview, such as information services, service excellence, community health and equity, and talent attraction, retention, and development. She is also responsible for leading the philanthropic efforts of the Parkview Health Foundation and overseeing many of Parkview’s administrative and support services, including Public Safety, Supply Chain, Marketing and Communications, Human Resources, Facilities Engineering, Nutrition Services, Education Services, and Environmental Services.

Jacquay serves on several nonprofit community boards, including Ascend Indiana, Indiana Tech, the Northeast Indiana Regional Partnership, and Park Center. She is also a member of the Parkview Field Advisory Board. Jacquay was previously on boards for Easterseals Northern Indiana, Love Fort Wayne, TROY School, Blessings in a Backpack, and Early Childhood Alliance. She has also served more than 20 years as a community volunteer with the Allen County Public Library’s Audio Reading Service, which allows the visually impaired to hear the written word.

Jacquay has a bachelor’s degree in organizational leadership and supervision from Purdue University and a master’s degree in business administration from Western Governors University.
