The Parkview Health & Fitness Center wants to help you live well. That’s why we offer more than 100 group exercise classes each month. You can boost your resting metabolism with a weights class, or choose to relax your mind and spirit with yoga or Pilates. Supervised exercise program
There’s one major benefit to working out at our facility- access to health screenings. With this specialized program, staff members monitor your blood pressure and heart rate before, during and after each session. A personalized report is sent to your physician.
