The Parkview Center for Healthy Living offers several movement classes, including Qi-Gong. Our next eight-week course will be offered Tuesdays, Feb. 4 - March 25, from 10:15 - 11:15 a.m. It will give you a deeper understanding of breathing and meditation. The cost is $40 for members and $50 for non-members. To register for the class, call (260) 672-6500.

Qi-Gong began in China over 5,000 years ago and is practiced by all the major Tai Chi families, including Chen, Yang, Sun, Wu and the Hoa.

Qi-Gong is a powerful system of healing and energy medicine from China. It is the art and science of using breathing techniques, gentle movement and meditation to cleanse, strengthen and circulate the life energy (Qi).

Qi-Gong practice leads to better health and vitality and a tranquil state of mind.
