We want you to have all the information you need for a comfortable stay. Here is information that will help put your mind at ease.
Our visitation policy is based on the needs of each patient. Please check with the unit nurse to make sure the patient you are visiting is well enough and wanting visitors.
A room service-style menu is provided to make sure you are treated to an excellent dining experience during your stay. You may order your meal between the hours of 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. by calling ext. 78021. Or, if you prefer, a nutrition services hospitality associate will visit you before meals to take your food order.
Our nutrition and dining services will provide you with delicious and nutritious meals. A Parkview registered dietitian is available for consultation about your special dietary needs.
Meals for guests may be ordered from hospitality associates and are delivered to the patient’s room during patient meal delivery. There is a nominal charge for guest meals, and payment can be made in cash or checks made payable to Parkview at any time during the order or delivery.
Parkview Noble Cafe
You may also enjoy dining in the Parkview Noble Hospital Café on the lower level of the hospital. It is open to all guests daily from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. and offers meals at the following times:
Breakfast 7 – 9:30 a.m.
Lunch 11:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.
Dinner 5 – 7 p.m.
If you are unable to dine during regular business hours, you may purchase prepared food from a café staff member by visiting the café. Food selection is limited. Cash or check is accepted.
The Parkview Noble Hospital Gift Shop, on the first floor by the main entrance, features an assortment of figurines, jewelry, gift and inspirational items, snacks, candy and beverages. It is open from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday; and is closed Saturday and Sunday.
An interfaith chapel for private prayer and meditation is on the hospital's first floor.

Every patient room is equipped with a television. A channel guide is available in your room. Health education and regular network programming are available.
Parkview Noble Hospital is Wi-Fi accessible with Internet capabilities for patients and guests. Laptop computers are available for patients to check out and use during a stay at the hospital. Please ask your nurse to request a laptop for you.
A selection of current movies on DVD is available for viewing on the laptops as well. Again, please ask your nurse what titles are available.
The use of cell phones is restricted in some areas of Parkview Noble Hospital. The preferred areas for cell phone use include the front lobby, emergency waiting area, family waiting area on second floor or anywhere outside the building. If you are unsure, please check with a staff member in the area you are in to see if cell phone use is permitted.
After Hours Clinic
Parkview Noble Hospital has an After Hours Clinic that offers immediate professional care when your regular doctor isn’t available. The clinic is staffed by Parkview physicians and nurse practitioners.
The clinic is located at 1844 Ida Red Road, just off U.S. Hwy. 6 in Kendallville and near the hospital campus. Hours of operation are from 6 – 9 p.m. Monday through Friday and from noon – 4 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday. The clinic is closed on holidays.
No appointments are necessary. Most major insurances are accepted, as well as the same co-pay you pay at your regular physician’s office. Please have your photo ID.
