Parkview Hospital Randallia is served by the MedLink bus route, a service of Citilink that is funded by Parkview Health. This service operates hourly Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. The route connects the Parkview Regional Medical Center and Parkview Hospital Randallia campuses and connects with Citilink routes 1, 2, 3, 4 & 21, as well as destination points along the Medlink route. Passenger fares follow Citilink’s current rate structure ($1.25/ride with discounts available).

Visiting hours

Visiting hours are not restricted unless requested by the patient or deemed appropriate for medical reasons. During your stay as a patient, your care team members ultimately decide whether your condition warrants visitors, and may deny visitation in your best interest, or grant extended visitation to immediate family members. Balancing your need for rest and welcoming your guests is important. Some areas may have a specific "quiet time" when visitation is curtailed to allow patients to rest. In addition, each patient has the right to refuse visitation.

Chapel

The Chapel, located on the second floor, above the main lobby, is open for personal use at any time. If privacy is needed, a small, comfortable room across from the Chapel is also available.

Chaplains are available to patients and their families 24 hours a day by request made to any member of the care team. A listing of local houses of worship is also available upon request.

Tobacco-free campus

All Parkview Health campuses are tobacco-free. No tobacco use of any kind is permitted – inside or outside – on the property. Parkview’s decision to be tobacco-free demonstrates an ongoing commitment to a healthier work environment and a better experience for patients and their families.

Parkview Place Café is open to all guests. Located on the lower level of the hospital, the café offers a relaxed atmosphere, with comfortable booths, televisions, tables and an atrium.
