Parking and check-in
For your convenience, free valet parking is available for patients and guests in the circle drive located next to Entrance 2A or 2B on the Parkview Regional Medical Center Campus.
Free public parking is provided in lots outside each entrance on the Parkview Regional Medical Center campus. Guests are welcome to park in any non-reserved space in public parking lot No. 2.
A Family Birthing Center staff member will greet you in the reception area, assist you with check in and escort you to your room. Shortly thereafter, a Patient Registration staff member will visit, if required.
Parkview Regional Medical Center’s dining area is open 24/7 to all guests. Located on the first floor, the dining area offers a casual atmosphere, a variety of delicious foods and an outside patio. The varied menu includes soups, salads, grilled items, entrees, stone-fired pizzas, desserts, snacks and a variety of beverages.
The dining area offers meals at the following times:
Breakfast 6:30 – 9:30 a.m.
Lunch 11 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.
Dinner 4:30 – 7 p.m.
For guests wanting to place orders after hours, visit our grill, and a dining area staff member will assist you.
Three coffee bars, operated by Parkview’s Nutrition Services Department, are available to guests on the Parkview Regional Medical Center campus:

Hours: Monday – Friday, 6:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Parkview Outpatient Center lobby

Visiting hours are not restricted at the Parkview Women’s & Children’s Hospital.
Balancing our patients’ need for rest and their desire for visitors is important. Visiting hours are based on the discretion of the unit nurse and patient. Patients have the right to refuse visitation.
The unit nurses ultimately decide whether a patient’s condition warrants visitors, and they may deny visitation in the best interest of the patient, or grant extended visitation to immediate family members.
Gift Shop at Parkview Regional
Located just off the main lobby, near the dining area, the gift shop offers a unique assortment of gifts, convenience items, reading materials, health and wellness products and snacks. The gift shop is open:
Monday through Friday 9 a.m. – 7 p.m.
Saturday 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.
Sunday 11 a.m. – 3 p.m.
Closed on all legal and observed holidays.

Cell phone use is restricted in some areas of the hospital due to possible interference with biomedical equipment.
Valuables/Lost and Found
Patients should send valuables or large sums of money home with a family member or friend, or give them to the nurse so they can be kept in the hospital safe until the patient's discharge.

Sign language/translator services are available on an as-needed basis. To receive on-site Spanish and Burmese services, ask a nurse to assist you or call Culture Link at (260) 373-4666. For 24/7 Over-the-Phone Interpretation services, access a blue CyraCom phone located in all departments. To speak to a sign language interpreter, call the League for the Blind and Disabled, at (260) 441-0551 between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. For after-hours service, call (260) 481-8153.
