Partial Hospitalization Program

Sometimes healing from drug or alcohol addiction requires more than traditional counseling, but not an overnight hospital stay. To bridge this gap, we created the Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP).

PHP is designed to provide comprehensive care to adults who struggle with addiction, and who could benefit from short-term intervention in a warm and supportive environment. Parkview’s expert team of psychiatrists, counselors and nurses creates a personalized treatment program to help participants, and family members, cope with addiction.

Participants can:

  • Learn to understand addiction and its effects on individuals and family members

  • Learn to identify activities/environment that could delay the healing process

  • Develop healthy strategies to maintain sobriety

  • Receive support for enhance mental and/or spiritual well-being

A community of support

Participants attend group session five to six hours a day, five days a week. Family members are considered an important part of the healing process. For this reason, they are invited to attend about 3.5 hours a day, two days a week, if they are available. Mist participants complete the program in one to four weeks.

Group Sessions:

Monday – Friday, 9 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
