LifeBridge Senior Program

If you’re 65 or older, the LifeBridge Senior Program can assist you with navigating any number of life’s challenges and is dedicated to helping you enjoy life again.

Do you sometimes feel alone?

Have you lost interest in activities you once enjoyed?

Do you ask yourself, “How can I get over this slump?” but the answers just don’t come?

The experienced medical director, expert counselors and skilled nurses at LifeBridge provide compassionate care to help you strengthen your confidence and ability to cope with life’s more challenging issues. Through a combination of one-on-one meetings, group discussions and engaging activities, you can rediscover your independence and a desire to live life to the fullest.

Outpatient treatment

Most participants visit the LifeBridge Senior Program two days per week for six to 12 weeks, depending on individual needs. The multidisciplinary team will also provide follow-up care once you complete the program.
