Did you know that asthma accounts for an estimated 14.5 million lost workdays each year, according to the American Lung Association? Asthma can affect your health and well-being. However, with the right knowledge and self-management skills, you can still lead a healthy, active life.

Breathe Well, Live Well is an adult asthma management program from the American Lung Association. It’s designed to help you learn to control your asthma and reduce symptoms so you can enjoy your favorite activities.

When you register for this program, you will receive a workbook that covers:

  • Early-warning signs of an asthma episode

  • Recognizing and controlling triggers
