Jaxson Burkins, PharmD

Jaxson graduated from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine (LECOM) School of Pharmacy, Erie campus, in 2016. His professional interests include critical care, emergency medicine and academia. After residency, he plans to pursue a PGY2 in critical care at a site affiliated with a college of pharmacy. Jaxson spends his free time running, playing tennis and practicing yoga.


Jennifer Sposito, PharmD

Jennifer earned her Master of Science from Purdue University in 2011 and her Doctor of Pharmacy from Belmont University in 2016.  Her professional interests include cardiology, critical care and ambulatory care.  After residency she would like to pursue a PGY2 residency specializing in cardiology.  Jennifer’s career goals include precepting and teaching in a school of pharmacy while practicing as a clinical pharmacist.  In her free time Jennifer enjoys reading, yoga, gardening and hiking with her dog Sophie.


Kelsi Wurm, PharmD

Kelsi earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Ohio Northern University in 2016.  Her professional interests include pediatrics and oncology.  After residency she plans to pursue a PGY2 residency specializing in pediatrics or oncology.  In her free time, Kelsi enjoys playing tennis, running and watching movies.


Jared Netley, PharmD, MPA

Jared earned his Doctor of Pharmacy and Master of Public Administration from Drake University in 2016. His professional interests include critical care, emergency medicine and cardiology. After residency, he would like to pursue a PGY2 residency in critical care or emergency medicine and become a specialist precepting students and residents. In his free time, Jared enjoys traveling, hiking, biking and hot air ballooning.
