President and CEO, Parkview Health
Mike Packnett joined Parkview Health as President and CEO in June 2006. Prior to joining Parkview Health, Packnett served for fifteen years in several roles with the Sisters of Mercy Health System – St. Louis. Packnett serves on several boards throughout the region including the Indiana Hospital Association, the Northeast Indiana Regional Partnership, the Regional Chamber of NE Indiana, the Indiana State Chamber, Greater Fort Wayne, Inc., and the Allen County Capital Improvement Board. He has a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Central Oklahoma and a master’s degree in hospital administration from the University of Minnesota.
Ray Dusman, M.D.
Chief Physician Executive, Parkview Health
Dr. Ray Dusman joined Parkview Health in 1989 (Parkview Physician Group Cardiology, formerly Fort Wayne Cardiology) and in 2009, he was named Chief Physician Executive for the system. Dusman now also serves as the Executive Vice President and as a member of the Parkview Health Board of Directors. He provides oversight for health system safety and quality, clinical integration/healthcare delivery, population health management, cardiovascular services and research. Dusman has a master's degree in business administration from the University of Notre Dame. He is board certified in internal medicine, cardiology and cardiac electrophysiology. He is a fellow of the American College of Cardiology and Heart Rhythm Society.
Mitchell B. Stucky, M.D.
President, Parkview Physicians Group
Dr. Mitchell B. Stucky joined Parkview in 2009 and was named president of Parkview Physicians Group in 2011. Dr. Stucky also serves as associate Chief Medical Officer for Parkview Hospital and Affiliates and is on the Parkview Health board of directors. Prior to his role with PPG, he was president and managing partner of FirstCare Family Physicians. He earned his bachelor's degree from Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana and his medical degree from Indiana University School of Medicine, Indianapolis, Indiana. Stucky is certified by the American Board of Family Physicians.
Mike Browning joined Parkview Health as Chief Financial Officer in November 2010. Prior to joining Parkview, Browning served as Chief Financial Officer for St. Mary’s Health System in Evansville, Indiana. He has more than 20 years of experience in healthcare financial accounting and strategy, planning, forecasting, budgeting, reimbursement, auditing, and revenue cycle. Browning has a bachelor’s degree from Kentucky Wesleyan College and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Louisville.
Chief Administrative Officer, Parkview Health
Rick Henvey was named Chief Administrative Officer of Parkview Health in April of 2012. He joined Parkview in 2006 with the mission of improving the organization’s focus on patient, physician, co-worker, and community excellence. In 2009, Henvey became Regional COO, overseeing community and independent hospital operations and strategies. Henvey is a results-oriented leader with more than 20 years of proven skills to operate effectively in support, operational, and service areas with proven outcomes in quality, satisfaction, and cost effectiveness. Prior to joining Parkview, Henvey was vice president of support services at Mercy Health Center, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, where patient satisfaction ranked in the top 10% of hospitals nationwide. Henvey has a bachelor's degree in business administration and a master's degree in management from Southern Nazarene University in Bethany Oklahoma.
Sue Ehinger, PhD
President, Parkview Hospital and Affiliates
Sue Ehinger was named President of Parkview Hospital and affiliates in March of 2012. She previously served as COO of Parkview Hospital beginning in 2006, as Chief Quality Officer in 2006 and as CIO in September 2005. Before becoming CIO, Ehinger was senior vice president of support services/quality for Parkview Hospital. She joined Parkview in 1993, responsible for quality improvement and customer service. Ehinger earned her bachelor's degree in health occupations and secondary education from Indiana University, Indianapolis, her master's degree in business administration from Saint Francis College in 1989 and her doctorate in health care administration from Kennedy Western University in Wyoming in 2001.
Greg Johnson, D.O.
Chief Medical Officer, Parkview Hospital and Affiliates
Dr. Greg Johnson joined Parkview Health in 2008 and transitioned into his role as Chief Medical Officer in 2010. As Chief Medical Officer, he works alongside physicians to further develop leadership skills to better serve patients and the health system. Prior to his role as Chief Medical Officer, he practiced as a nephrologist with the Parkview Physicians Group. Johnson has a bachelor's degree from Rockford College in Illinois and a master's degree in medical management from Carnegie Mellon University, Pittsburgh.
Chief Nursing Officer, Parkview Hospital and Affiliates
Judy Boerger joined Parkview in 2007 as chief nursing officer and senior vice president. She represents all of Parkview Health’s nurses at the executive council level. Throughout her career she has lead a variety of clinical areas, including inpatient, outpatient and home health. She also has experience in new healthcare facility construction. She earned an MBA from Xavier University, Cincinnati, in 1989, an MS in nursing from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 2004, and a Wharton School of Business Nursing Fellowship at the University of Pennsylvania in 2003. She is a member of the American Organization of Nurse Executives, the National Honor Society for Nursing Sigma Theta Tau, and a 2012 American Hospital Association National Patient Safety Fellow.
Vice President of Operations, Parkview Hospital Randallia
Ben Miles joined Parkview Health in 2012 as Vice President of Operations of Parkview Hospital Randallia. Prior to joining Parkview, Ben was the CEO of Select Specialty Hospital - Downriver in Taylor, Michigan. Ben also served as a leader with St. John Providence Health System for 11 years. Miles has a bachelor of arts degree in Corporate Finance from Wayne State University, Detroit, Michigan and a master's degree in business administration from Walsh College, Troy, Michigan.
President, Parkview Lagrange Hospital
Rob Myers, a northern Indiana native, has served as President of Parkview LaGrange Hospital since December 2007. Prior to joining Parkview, Myers worked at Vernon Memorial Hospital in Viroqua, Wisconsin, where he served for 10 years as assistant administrator of hospital services. Myers has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Taylor University and has received a master’s degree in healthcare administration from Indiana University.
President, Parkview Noble Hospital
Dave Hunter currently serves as the President of Parkview Noble Hospital in Kendallville, IN. He has been the leader of this hospital since July of 2002. He is an Ohio native, but has lived in Indiana since 1996. Hunter has 36 years of experience in the hospital field, serving in top administrative roles for the last 26 years. Prior to coming to Kendallville, he served as the CEO of Wabash County Hospital in Wabash, Indiana for six years. After joining Parkview Health, he led the effort to plan and build the new Parkview Noble Hospital and which opened in 2004. He holds a bachelor’s degree from The Ohio State University and an MBA degree from the University of Toledo.
President, Parkview Whitley Hospital
Scott Gabriel joined Parkview Health as President of Parkview Whitley Hospital in 2010. Prior to joining Parkview, Gabriel served as vice president of operations for Dukes Memorial Hospital. He has a bachelor's degree from the University of Akron in Ohio and a master's degree in both science and business administration from the University of Akron and Ashland University respectively, both in Ohio.
Darlene Garrett, PhD
President, Parkview Huntington Hospital
Darlene Garrett joined Parkview Health in 1999 as President of Parkview Huntington Hospital. Prior to joining Parkview Health, Darlene served as vice president of operations for Caylor-Nickel Medical Center in Bluffton, Indiana. Garrett has a bachelor's degree from Purdue University, a master's degree from Ball State and her doctorate from Indiana University.
Chief Operating Officer, Parkview Orthopedic Hospital
Julie Fleck joined Parkview Health as COO of Parkview Orthopedic Hospital in 2005. As COO of Parkview Orthopedic Hospital, Fleck is responsible for the daily operations including employee management, financial review, and leadership of management team. Prior to her role as COO, she served as a leading manager at VNA Home Health Care Agency in Naples, Florida and director of nursing for Parkview North Hospital. Fleck has a bachelor's degree in healthcare administration from Concordia University.
