Mike Packnett joined Parkview Health as President and CEO in June 2006. Prior to joining Parkview Health, Packnett served for fifteen years in several roles with the Sisters of Mercy Health System – St. Louis. Packnett serves on several boards throughout the region including the Indiana Hospital Association, the Northeast Indiana Regional Partnership, the Regional Chamber of NE Indiana, the Indiana State Chamber, Greater Fort Wayne, Inc., and the Allen County Capital Improvement Board. He has a bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Central Oklahoma, Edmond, Okla., and a master’s degree in Hospital Administration from the University of Minnesota, Minneapolis, Minn.
Ray Dusman, MD
Chief Physician Executive, Parkview Health
Ray Dusman, MD, joined Parkview Health in 1989 (Parkview Physician Group Cardiology, formerly Fort Wayne Cardiology) and in 2009, he was named Chief Physician Executive for the system. Dusman now also serves as the Executive Vice President and as a member of the Parkview Health Board of Directors. He provides oversight for health system safety and quality, clinical integration/healthcare delivery, population health management, cardiovascular services and research. Dusman has a master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame, Notre Dame, Ind. He is board certified in internal medicine, cardiology and cardiac electrophysiology. He is a fellow of the American College of Cardiology and Heart Rhythm Society.
Mitchell B. Stucky, MD
President, Parkview Physicians Group
Mitchell B. Stucky, MD, joined Parkview in 2009 and was named president of Parkview Physicians Group in 2011. Dr. Stucky also serves as associate Chief Medical Officer for Parkview Regional Medical Center and Affiliates, and is on the Parkview Health Board of Directors. Prior to his role with PPG, he was president and managing partner of FirstCare Family Physicians. He earned his bachelor's degree from Indiana University, Bloomington, Ind. and his medical degree from Indiana University School of Medicine, Indianapolis, Indiana. Dr. Stucky is certified by the American Board of Family Physicians.

Mark Kadlec joined Parkview Health as Chief Operating Officer of Parkview Physicians Group in 2014. Before joining Parkview, Kadlec served as COO of Spectrum Health Medical Group through 2009, and he has more than 26 years of experience in healthcare, including previous executive and leadership roles at top health systems throughout the country. Kadlec has a bachelor's degree in business administration from Kent State University, Kent, Ohio, and a master's degree in business administration from Bucknell University, Lewisburg, Va.
Chief Operating Officer, Parkview Health
Rick Henvey was named Chief Operating Officer of Parkview Health in 2014 after serving as the system’s Chief Administrative Officer since 2012. He joined Parkview in 2006, and in 2009, became Regional COO, overseeing community and independent hospital operations and strategies. Prior to joining Parkview, Henvey was vice president of support services at Mercy Health Center, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Henvy has a bachelor's degree in business administration and a master's degree in management from Southern Nazarene University, Bethany, Okla.
Sue Ehinger, PhD
Chief Experience Officer, Parkview Health
Sue Ehinger, PhD, was named Chief Experience Officer for Parkview Health in 2014 after serving as President of Parkview Hospital & Affiliates since 2012. Ehinger also served as COO of Parkview Hospital from 2006 to 2012 as Chief Quality Officer in 2006 and CIO in 2005. Before becoming CIO, Ehinger was senior vice president of support services/quality for Parkview Hospital. She joined Parkview in 1993 and responsible for quality improvement and customer service. Ehinger earned her bachelor's degree in Health Occupations and secondary education from Indiana University, Indianapolis, Ind. and her master's degree in Business Administration from Saint Francis College, Fort Wayne, Ind. in 1989 and her doctorate in Healthcare Administration from Kennedy Western University, Cheyenne, Wyo. in 2001.
Michael Mirro, MD

Mirro, MD, began serving as Chief Academic & Research Officer of Parkview Health
in 2014. Prior to his role as Chief Academic & Research Officer, Dr. Mirro
served as Medical Director of the Parkview Research Center. Dr. Michael Mirro
joined Parkview Health when Fort Wayne Cardiology joined Parkview Physicians Group
in 2010. Dr. Mirro earned his bachelor’s degree from Loyola University, Chicago, Ill., and his medical degree from Indiana University’s School of Medicine, Indianapolis, Ind. In 2004,
he was presented with a honorary Doctor of Science degree from Indiana
Greg Johnson, DO
Chief Clinical Integration Officer, Parkview Health
Greg Johnson, DO, joined Parkview Health in 2008 and
transitioned into his role as chief clinical integration officer in 2015. He
works alongside the clinical integration team to further develop leadership
skills to better serve patients and the health system. Prior to his current
role, he served as the chief medical officer for Parkview Regional Medical Center and
Affiliates and practiced as a nephrologist with Parkview Physicians Group.
Johnson has a bachelor's degree from Rockford College, Rockford, Ill., and a master's
degree from Carnegie Mellon University, Pittsburgh, Pa.
Chief Nursing Executive, Parkview Health
Judy Boerger joined Parkview Health in 2007 as Chief Nursing Officer and senior vice president. She represents all of Parkview Health’s nurses at the executive council level. Throughout her career, she has lead a variety of clinical areas, including inpatient, outpatient and home health. She also has experience in new healthcare facility construction. She earned her master's degree in business administration rom Xavier University, Cincinnati, Ohio, in 1989, her master's in nursing from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 2004, and a Wharton School of Business Nursing Fellowship at the University of Pennsylvania in 2003. Boerger is board certified Nursing Executive Advanced.
Chief Human Resources Officer, Parkview Health
Dena Jacquay began serving as the Chief Human
Resources Officer for Parkview Health in 2015. She previously served in
the roles of Vice President Human Resources and the Director of Human Resources
and Workforce Planning for Parkview dating back to 2000. Dena is certified
in Lominger Leadership Architect, Voices 360, viaEdge and Choices, all targeted
tools around leadership competency development, 360 assessments and succession
planning. She is also certified as a Professional Human Resources
consultant by the Society of Human Resource Management and is a member of the
American Society for Healthcare Human Resources Administration. Dena has her
bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership and Supervision from Indiana
University-Purdue University Fort Wayne, Ind., and her master's degree in Business
Administration from Western Governor's University, Ind.
Chief Information Officer, Parkview Health
Ron Double was named chief information officer
for Parkview Health in May 2008. He oversees all information technology-related
activities throughout Parkview Health. Double’s responsibilities include
overall management of the staff and technology in support of all application
software, the voice and data network, mainframe computing environment,
client/server computing environment, end-user devices, data center operations,
and IS service center/help desk. Double has worked for Parkview since 1989 in
various capacities including technology services director, manager of IS client
services, operations supervisor, information center analyst, and analyst –
patient financial systems. Double earned a master’s from Indiana University, Fort Wayne, Ind., and
has a bachelor’s from degree Purdue University, Fort Wayne, Ind.
Mark Pierce, MD
Chief Medical Informatics Officer, Parkview Health
Mark Pierce, MD, was named chief medical informatics
officer in 2011. He joined Parkview Health in 2000. Throughout his nearly 20
years of clinical and 10 years of IT experience, Pierce has served in numerous
leadership roles, including the integration of information technology,
cognitive design and knowledge management to help patients traverse the
“knowing-doing” gap to achieve healthy outcomes. Pierce has a bachelor’s degree
from Indiana University, Bloomington, Ind., and earned his medical degree from
the Indiana University School of Medicine, Indianapolis, Ind.
Thomas Bond, MD
Chief Medical Officer, Parkview Physicians Group
MD, joined Parkview Health in 1998 as a primary care physician in New Haven,
Ind. Bond earned his medical degree from Ross University of Medicine, New York,
N.Y., and completed his residency at Ball Memorial Family Practice Program at
Ball Memorial Hospital, Muncie, Ind. He is board certified in family medicine.
Joshua Kline, MD
Chief Medical Officer, Parkview Physicians Group
Joshua Kline, MD, began serving as Chief Medical
Officer for Parkview Physicians Group in 2016. Dr. Kline has served as a
primary care physician with Parkview since 2007. He earned his medical degree
from the Indiana University School of Medicine in Indianapolis, Ind. His
undergraduate education was completed at Manchester College in North
Manchester, Ind. Dr. Kline serves as the Primary
Care Service Line Physician Leader for Parkview Physicians Group. Dr. Kline is a member of
the American Academy of Family Physicians, American Medical Association,
Indiana State Medical Association and Indiana Academy of Family Physicians
President, Parkview Regional Medical Center & Affiliates
Ben Miles was named President of Parkview Regional Medical Center (PRMC) & Affiliates in 2015. Miles joined Parkview in 2012 as Vice President of Operations for Parkview Hospital Randallia and served as COO of PRMC in 2014. Prior to joining Parkview, Miles was the CEO of Select Specialty Hospital - Downriver in Taylor, Mich. He also served as a leader with St. John Providence Health System for 11 years. Miles has a bachelor's degree in corporate finance from Wayne State University, Detroit, Mich., and a master's degree in business administration from Walsh College, Troy, Mich.
President, Parkview LaGrange Hospital
began serving as president of Parkview LaGrange Hospital in 2016. Prior to
serving as president, Disler served as the vice president of patient care
services at LaGrange for nearly four years. She joined Parkview in 2001, serving
in numerous leadership positions throughout her tenure. Disler earned her bachelor's degree in nursing from Marian College in Indianapolis,
later earning a master’s degree in nursing administration/executive nurse from
Indiana Purdue University, Fort Wayne, Ind.
President, Parkview Whitley Hospital & Parkview Warsaw
Scott Gabriel joined Parkview Health as President of Parkview Whitley Hospital in 2010. Prior to joining Parkview, Gabriel served as vice president of operations for Dukes Memorial Hospital, Peru, Ind. He has a bachelor's degree from the University of Akron, Akron, Ohio and a master's degree in both science and business administration from the University of Akron and Ashland University respectively, both in Ohio.
President, Parkview Huntington Hospital
Juli Johnson began serving as president of Parkview Huntington Hospital in 2014. Johnson has more than 19 years of experience in healthcare, all in Huntington County. She has served in many leadership and clinical positions during her tenure with Parkview Huntington Hospital, including house supervisor, inpatient manager and, most recently, vice president of Patient Care Services. Johnson received her master's in nursing from Western Governors University, Indiana, and her bachelor's in nursing from Indiana University, Bloomington, Ind.

Gary Adkins joined Parkview Health as President of Parkview Noble Hospital in 2014. Prior to joining Parkview, Adkins served as Chief Executive Officer of Pauling County Hospital, Ohio, for nearly 13 years. Adkins has nearly 20 years of executive experience in healthcare, also serving as Chief Financial Officer in a previous role. He has a bachelor's degree in accounting from Defiance College, Defiance, Ohio and a master' degree from Revis University, Denver, Colo.

Marilyn Custer-Mitchell joined Parkview Health as president of Parkview Wabash Hospital in 2015. She previously served as president and CEO of Wabash County Hospital for more than seven years. Custer-Mitchell has more than 25 years of experience in healthcare, serving in leadership roles at hospitals in New York, Kentucky and Indiana. She earned her master’s degree in health administration from Indiana University, Bloomington, Ind.
Chief Operating Officer, Parkview Ortho Hospital
Julie Fleck joined Parkview Health as COO of Parkview Orthopedic Hospital in 2005. As COO of Parkview Orthopedic Hospital, Fleck is responsible for the daily operations, including employee management, financial review, and leadership of management team. Prior to her role as COO, she served as a leading manager at VNA Home Health Care Agency in Naples, Florida and director of nursing for Parkview North Hospital. Fleck has a bachelor's degree in healthcare administration from Concordia University.

Michael GeRue joined Parkview Health in 1989 and began serving as COO of the Parkview Heart Institute in 2014.
