Our licensed physical and occupational therapists use a variety of manual techniques, therapeutic exercise, modalities and patient education to help relieve pain, increase strength and flexibility and improve the quality of life. Improving communication, cognitive and swallowing skills is a focus of speech therapy. Outcome studies are completed on patients to monitor treatment effectiveness and to advance clinical skills.

Getting Started
A physician’s referral is required to receive therapy services. New patients are offered appointments the same day or the following workday. Scheduling an appointment is easy. With just one phone call, you will be able to determine what insurance information you will need. Parkview Whitley Hospital Rehabilitation accepts most insurance plans and will assist the patient in obtaining any necessary insurance information. Our insurance specialist determines your insurance benefits and completes your precertification.
