The Parkview Whitley After Hours Clinic is designed to meet the community’s need for after-hours, non-emergency health services. It is the first facility of its kind in Whitley County.
The After Hours Clinic should be used for unexpected minor injuries and illnesses that are not life threatening, including those that would be referred to a family physician during regular office hours.
For more serious ailments, dial 911 immediately or proceed directly to Parkview Whitley Hospital's emergency room located at 1270 E. State Road 205, Columbia City.
Use Parkview Whitley Hospital After-Hours Clinic for minor illnesses, such as:
- Ear infections
- Strep throat
- Sprains and strains
- Minor burns
- Cold and flu
- Urinary tract infections
- Minor cuts
- Skin rashes
- Sinus infections
- Common vaccinations
- School/sports physicals
Monday through Friday, 6 – 9 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday, 12 – 4 p.m.
