The Laboratory at Parkview Noble Hospital is part of Parkview Health’s full-service network that includes laboratories at each of Parkview Health’s hospitals as well as at additional patient service centers in the Fort Wayne area.
You may come to Parkview Noble Hospital for your testing, or go to any of the Parkview Health Laboratories that is most convenient for you. Hours for outpatient laboratory services at Parkview Noble Hospital are Monday through Friday from 6 a.m. through 7 p.m. and Saturdays from 7 a.m. to noon.
For the majority of laboratory testing, no appointment is required, but you will need to have a written order (laboratory requisition or doctor’s script) that includes:
- Patient’s name
- Diagnosis
- List of tests requested
- Doctor’s name and address
- Doctor’s signature or an authorized signature
- Any special requests
