Registration Process
During the registration process, we will ask for the information needed by the nurses, physicians and hospital staff. Patients will need to sign consent for treatment, insurance benefits assignment at this time and should have insurance cards, photo ID and all additional pertinent information available for the registration staff.
Online Patient Registration
You may now complete your hospital registration online 24 hours prior to arriving for a procedure, lab work or any scheduled test at Parkview Noble Hospital.
We appreciate the confidential nature of the information you are submitting online and assure you that our Parkview Health website is secure. To protect your patient identity, upon arriving at the hospital, please check in at the front desk and have your driver's license and insurance card available.
Inpatient Facilities - Private rooms filled with spacious comfort
Parkview Noble Hospital’s medical/surgical unit features spacious, private rooms for comfortable, confidential patient-centered care for individuals recovering from surgery or an acute illness or injury. An award-winning team of caring nurses and staff make sure all patients receive the care and services they need.
Wi-Fi Internet access is available on your own laptop or a borrowed Parkview Noble Hospital laptop.
Leaving the Hospital
When you are healthy enough to leave the hospital:
- Your doctor will determine when you are ready for discharge
- The doctor or nurse will discuss discharge care instructions with you
- This is a good time to ask questions about your follow-up care
Telephone
Every room has a telephone and there is no charge for local calls which can be made by first dialing “9” and then the number. Long distance calls must be billed to a credit card, your home phone number or placed as a collect call. Your family and friends may reach you by calling 260-347-8700 and asking for your room number. Visiting Hours
Daily, 8 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.
Balancing our patients’ need for rest and their desire for visitors is important, so these hours are always in effect. The nurses in the nursing units ultimately decide if a patient’s condition warrants visitors, and may deny visitation if that is in the patient’s best health interests. Please limit visits to two people and 30 minutes.
Family Birthing Center Visiting Hours
Fathers – Anytime
Family and friends – 8 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. or by special arrangement with the charge nurse.
Television and Internet
Every room has a television at no extra charge. Wi-Fi internet access is available on your own laptop or a borrowed Parkview Noble Hospital laptop.
Meditation Room/Chaplain
The hospital's chapel is always open for meditation and prayer. Parkview Noble Hospital has several area ministers on call to offer spiritual assistance.
Nutrition Services
Our nutrition services department provides patients with delicious and nutritious meals. A dietitian is available for consultation on your special dietary needs. A Nutrition Services Hospitality Associate will visit you before meal times to take your food order. Or, if you prefer, you may order your meal between the hours of 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. by calling ext. 77691.
Guest Trays
You may order a guest meal from our Hospitality Associates for a nominal fee of $5 per person. We accept cash or checks made payable to Parkview at any time during the order or delivery. Guest meals will be delivered to the patient’s room during patient meal delivery.
Parkview Noble Hospital Café
The Parkview Noble Hospital Café offers a complete salad bar, daily soup selection, and a full-service grill and several hot meal selections daily. The Café is located on the lower level of the building
Hours:
Breakfast: 6:30 to 9:30 a.m.
Lunch: 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
Dinner: 5 to 6:30 p.m.
Guests who are unable to dine in during the regular hours may purchase prepared foods from a café staff member between the hours of 6:30 a.m. and 7 p.m. Food selection is limited. Cash or check is accepted.
For your convenience, courtesy carts in the front lobby, Emergency Department lobby and family waiting area on the second floor are stocked with complimentary coffee, tea and water.
Gift Shop
Our Gift Shop is located on the first floor by the main entrance to Parkview Noble Hospital and offers a wide variety of gift items, jewelry, plush toys, candy and soft drinks. Parkview Noble Hospital volunteers staff the shop and all profits are used to support special projects for the hospital.

Friday, 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Saturday, 12 to 5 p.m.

Take Highway 9 South to Highway 6. Turn left. Go approximately 3 miles east on Highway 6. Turn right onto Sawyer Road. The hospital campus is at the end of Sawyer Road.
