United Way 2011 Team Mini-Triathlon
takes place October 9
United Way of Huntington County will present its 2011 Team Mini-Triathlon, sponsored by Parkview Huntington Hospital, on Sunday, October 9, 2011, at Parkview Huntington Hospital. Registration begins at noon, with opening ceremonies
at 1 p.m.
The event is a three-member team triathlon, meaning one member from each team will participate in one of the three events. The biking (17.4 miles) and running (3.1 miles) events will start and end at Parkview Huntington Hospital. The swim event (600 yards) will take place at Parkview Huntington Family YMCA, beginning at 1 p.m.
