The First of Its Kind in Indiana
The Ronald McDonald House® at Parkview Hospital offers families of critically-ill children all the amenities they need to stay close to their children during a hospital stay.
Located on the pediatric floor of the hospital, the House provides many comforts of home including a full kitchen, laundry facilities, bathrooms with showers, a library with Internet access, a great room for relaxing and watching TV, a den for private conversations and six sleeping rooms at no cost to guests.
A Community Partnership
The Ronald McDonald House® at Parkview Hospital is a joint community project made possible, in part, by the generosity of Parkview Hospital and the Northeastern Indiana Chapter of Ronald McDonald House Charities™. Local organizations and individuals help to cover costs for families who stay at the House by making donations to the Ronald McDonald House at Parkview Hospital. Additionally, Parkview’s Ronald McDonald House receives 75 percent of canister donations from area McDonald restaurants. These funds cover 55 percent of the house’s operational expenses annually. Donations enable families to stay at the house at no cost.
