Sean Garrean earned his undergraduate degree in Medical Engineering from Northwestern University, Evanston, Ill., and his medical degree from Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine, Chicago, Ill. In 2003, Dr. Garrean completed his general surgery residency at University of Illinois at Chicago in 2010 and in 2011 completed his Fellowship for Colon Rectal Surgery at the Northshore-Long Island Jewish Health System, N.Y.
Dr. Garrean holds memberships with the American College of Colon and Rectal Surgeons, American Medical Association and Warren H. Cole Society.
