Diabetes and Weight Management

Diabetes Self-management Class – This free class is designed to help individuals with diabetes manage the disease. To register for classes, call (260) 248-9319, or (800) 325-1338, ext. 89319.
Meeting time: 4 to 6 p.m. during each monthly session. Morning classes may be scheduled if enough interest is shown.

Weight Support Group – Designed for anyone interested in weight management, the group meets on the third Monday of each month. There is no fee to attend. Weigh-ins on digital scales take place between 8 and 10 a.m. or 4 and 6 p.m. A short education session is held at 5:30 p.m. For more information, call (260) 248-9354.

Respiratory Health
Whitley Better Breathers – Organized by Parkview Whitley Hospital’s Cardiopulmonary Unit, the Whitley Better Breathers Club meets bi-monthly to support people with respiratory concerns and challenges. For additional information, call (260) 248-9459.
Women’s & Children’s Health
Parkview Breastfeeding Moms Support Group
This free support group is for mothers who have chosen to breastfeed their newborns. A certified lactation consultant is available to answer questions or address concerns about breastfeeding.
