Diabetes and Weight Management
Diabetes Support Group
– Facilitated by Parkview LaGrange Hospital Pharmacist Chittaranjan Patel, this free support group is open to anyone whose life is affected by diabetes, whether as a patient or as a family member.
Meeting time: 10 to 11 a.m. on the third Tuesday of each month

Mental Health
Understanding Your Grief
— A 10-week program, designed to provide guidance for patients and caregivers of family members who are experiencing a multitude of feelings from illness or loss of a loved one. Rev. Ken Weaver, LCSW, LMFT, chaplain, Parkview Home Health and Hospice, and Cathy Petrie, LCSW, bereavement counselor, Parkview Noble Home Health and Hospice, guide group members in a discussion of emotional responses to illness and death and how to cope. Neurological Conditions
Stroke Support Group – This free community support group is open to anyone whose life has been affected by a stroke (or other significant brain injury).
