Parkview Health & Fitness Center makes an effort to keep annual fees affordable. Based on need, individuals can choose a single, couple or family membership. Couple and family memberships include spouse, partner and children ages 13 to 23 who live in the same household. Children ages 23 to 29 who are enrolled in college are also included. Parkview Health employees and certain approved groups are eligible for discounted rates.
A one-time enrollment fee of $50 applies to each membership option, and a 12-month membership agreement is required.
Electronic Funds Transfer and Payroll Deduct Plan
For your convenience, Parkview Health & Fitness Center offers electronic funds transfer (EFT) to automatically deduct your monthly payment from a checking account. Parkview Health employees are also eligible for EFT through Parkview’s bi-monthly Payroll Deduction Plan.
Members who pay monthly are required to use electronic funds transfer. Employees who pay bi-monthly membership fees are required to use Parkview’s Payroll Deduction Plan.
