Parkview Home Health & Hospice can assist you with your medical needs after your hospital stay or when your condition does not require hospital admission. Our home healthcare staff can provide medical assistance important to your personal needs.
If you are currently at home, your physician or a Parkview Home Health & Hospice healthcare professional can determine whether home health services are appropriate for you. If you are in the hospital or a nursing facility, your physician or hospital or nursing facility staff will coordinate required services with our healthcare professionals.
Services Provided
Parkview Home Health & Hospice works in partnership with your physician to provide a wide range of home care services for you or your loved ones, including:
- Skilled nursing care to meet your health needs and teach you self-care techniques
- Home IV therapies and education about antibiotics, total parenteral nutrition, enteral therapy
- Physical, occupational and speech therapy to teach and assist you with activities
- Medication monitoring and education by licensed pharmacists
- Assistance from home health aides with bathing, meal preparation and grooming
- A personalized nutrition program developed for you by a registered dietitian
- Emotional and social support from medical social worker as you recover from your illness or injury
- End-of-life hospice care for the patient and family

Medicare, Medicaid or private insurance may be used for payment of service. Parkview Home Health & Hospice staff will verify your insurance coverage and bill your insurance company or assist with identifying financial resources available for you.
