Parkview supports the targeted, short-term efforts of community organizations with opportunities for sponsorship. Sponsorship requests are reviewed and funded through the Parkview Community Health Improvement Program.
Due to funding limitations, no additional sponsorship applications will be accepted through 2010.
Allen County
Please note the following significant change to the sponsorship application process for Parkview Hospital (Allen County only), beginning January 1, 2011. Read more.
• Sponsorship applications will be accepted through Parkview’s Request for Proposal (RFP) process only. No sponsorship applications will be accepted or considered unless Parkview first issues a RFP to your organization in writing.
• Sponsorship funding limits and allocations will be determined annually based on the level of Community Health Improvement funding available.
• For organizations who receive an RFP and application approval, approximately 15 percent of funding shall go toward the fundraising event. The remaining amount shall be used to support organization programming.
