Parkview collaborates with other community organizations to address unmet health needs through community health initiatives. Guidelines are available for community organizations who wish to enter into a collaborative relationship.

Current health partners are required to submit a Partner Progress Report on a regular basis.
Partner applicants are encouraged to attend a logic-model training event led by Mike Stone of Impact Strategies. Training will be Tuesday, July 20, 2010, at the Parkview Corporate Office on the Parkview north campus. For more details, call (260) 373-7971. Note: a logical model form is required to be included with the partner application.
