Continuing Medical Education Program at Parkview Hospital

Mission :
The mission of the Continuing Medical Education Program at Parkview Hospital is to plan, develop and present exemplary post graduate activities based on needs identified through gap analysis, in the most appropriate format, for physicians and other health care providers, and through these educational activities, enhance the knowledge and/or performance of physicians and other healthcare providers leading to better patient outcomes.

ACCME Certification was received November, 2005 with exemplary status through November, 2011.

Parkview Hospital follows ACCME guidelines and obtains full disclosure of speakers both written/verbal prior to the presentation.  We require total disclosure by all commercial entities providing support. The completed disclosure forms are open to review to all attendees.

  • Multi-Specialty Tumor Board
    Fort Wayne Medical Education Program and Parkview Hospital Continuing Medical Education Office present a weekly tumor board hosted by Sreenivasa Nattam, MD, of Fort Wayne Medical Oncology & Hematology, and David Trenkner, MD, of Radiation Oncology Associates. These educational programs are held on Thursdays at Parkview Hospital in the Boscia Room (2nd Floor) from 7 to 8 a.m.**CME: maximum 1 hour in Category I.
