In order to make your job shadowing or internship experience at Parkview Health run as smoothly as possible, please follow these instructions carefully. The application process consists of two steps:
- Read the document “Job Shadowing and Internship Information Sheet ” which contains critical information about Parkview and the work environment.
- Download and print the Job Shadowing Application or Internship Application. Each application includes a:
- Student Observation Agreement
- Confidentiality Agreement
- Health History form.
Please read carefully and sign the agreement. The completed forms must be submitted to Student Services for approval prior to the date you wish to job shadow or begin an internship.
