Parkview Noble Hospital and the Cole YMCA have teamed up with the National Institutes of Health to offer We Can!™ to northeast Indiana families.
This national program focuses on educating children in grades 3 to 5 and their families about health and fitness in interesting, energizing ways.
Join a Parkview Noble Hospital dietitian, a Community Health Improvement nurse and the YMCA wellness director for four fun-filled evenings of interactive demonstrations and discussions. Learn how to choose and prepare healthy foods, and to encourage your family members to keep moving. Youngsters and adults can participate in exciting physical activities in CATCH Kids Club. Cost is $20. The fee is refundable to families who attend all four classes.
