Fort Wayne, Ind. – Friday, Oct. 23, 2009 — Parkview Home Health & Hospice has hosted a series of seasonal flu vaccination clinics throughout northeast Indiana since September. Due to greater demand this year, the supply of seasonal flu vaccine is running low and a number of scheduled clinics will need to be canceled.
The following vaccination clinics have been canceled:
*Monday, Oct. 26 from 4-6 p.m. at Carew Medical Park atrium, 1818 Carew St. in Fort Wayne
*Wednesday, Oct. 28 from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. at Parkview Family YMCA, 10001 Dawsons Creek Blvd. in Fort Wayne
* Tuesday, Nov. 3, 10, 17, and 24 from 9-11:30 a.m. and Thursday, Nov. 5, 12 and 19 from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. at Parkview Huntington Hospital in Huntington
*Tuesday, Nov. 3, 10, 17, and 24 from 1:30-3:30 p.m. at Parkview Whitley Hospital in Columbia City
Parkview has vaccinated nearly 4,000 individuals during this year’s clinics.
