The Annual Brain Injury Symposium for healthcare professionals will focus on depression, visual dysfunction and other related issues brain injury patients may face. Also featured will be a panel discussion among patients and their family members, and a report on activities of the Brain Injury Association of Indiana.
Speakers include James Malec, PhD, ABPP-CN, RP, Research Director, Rehabilitation Hospital of Indiana; Adjunct Professor of PM&R, Indiana University School of Medicine; Emeritus Professor of Psychology, Mayo Clinic; and Madhav Bhat, MD, Neurologist, Fort Wayne Neurological Center; Medical Director, Inpatient Rehab, Brain Injury and Stroke Programs, Parkview Rehabilitation Center.
