Fort Wayne, Ind. – Monday, June 15, 2009 — Dr. Gladys Beale, a psychiatrist with Parkview Behavioral Health, has been selected as a 2009 Exemplary Psychiatrist Award winner.
The award was recently presented at the American Psychiatric Association conference in San Francisco. Dr. Beale was nominated by the Fort Wayne chapter of the National Alliance on Mental Illness.
“Dr. Beale is an excellent child and adolescent psychiatrist,” said Chuck Clark, Senior Vice President of Operations, Parkview North and Executive Director of Parkview Behavioral Health. “Dr. Beale provides a great service for children and families in need in the communities we serve.”
The award recognizes the contributions that psychiatrists make to improve the lives of people living with mental illnesses.
